Ishan Karkare is a junior in high school and a writer for NCJ.

He enjoys spending his free time playing basketball and watching movies. He is passionate about swimming, which he has been doing for 8 years. In school, he is a member of many clubs and activities such as HOSA and the debate team. Ishan is interested in political science and hopes that he can make others more aware of the world around them and how it impacts them through NCJ.
